01My approach

Practical, personal and sustainable.

I believe eating well can play an important role in supporting health, physical and mental wellbeing, and feeling your best at every stage of life.

  1. i.

    Grounded in science

Guidance based on current nutrition evidence, translated into clear, practical steps.

  2. ii.

    Shaped around you

Your plan should reflect you: your health needs, food preferences, culture, routine and goals.

  3. iii.

    Part of everyday life

A realistic, personalised way of eating that supports your goals and can become part of everyday life for the long term.

02Areas of focus

Support for where you are now, and where you’re heading.

03The Mediterranean table

Food that’s meant to be shared and enjoyed.

My approach draws on the Mediterranean way of eating I live and breathe: seasonal produce, simple food made well, and meals shared with the people around you. It’s also one of the most widely studied eating patterns in nutrition science.
