Nutrition support, shaped around you.

Every consultation starts with you: your health needs, food preferences, culture, routine and goals. These are the four areas I focus on, and the ones I specialised in throughout my studies.

01Area of focus

Sports nutrition

Whether you’re training for competition, building strength or simply want more energy for the movement you love, what and when you eat can make a real difference to how you train, recover and feel.

This may be for you if…

  • You train regularly and want your eating to support performance and recovery
  • You’re preparing for an event, a season or a new training goal
  • You practise Pilates, yoga or another form of movement and want to feel well-fuelled
  • You’re active and following a vegetarian or vegan diet

What we might focus on

  • Everyday fuelling around training
  • Recovery, protein and carbohydrate timing
  • Hydration
  • Event and competition-day planning
  • Practical, plant-based options for active people

02Area of focus

Eating-disorder-informed support

For many people, food comes with complicated feelings. I offer gentle, non-judgemental nutrition support for people who want to build a calmer, more flexible relationship with eating, at a pace that feels manageable.

This may be for you if…

  • You’re in recovery from an eating disorder and would like nutrition support as part of your care
  • Eating feels stressful, rigid or governed by rules
  • You’ve spent years dieting and would like to step away from it

What we might focus on

  • Regular, adequate and flexible eating
  • Untangling food rules and diet messages
  • Eating that fits your social life, culture and routines
  • Going at a pace that feels manageable for you

03Area of focus

Disease prevention

What we eat day to day is one of the factors that shapes long-term health. Evidence-based eating patterns can contribute to reducing the risk of some common chronic conditions, and they can be generous, flexible and culturally familiar.

This may be for you if…

  • You want to look after your long-term health, perhaps with a family history in mind
  • Your doctor has suggested making changes to how you eat
  • You’d like to know which nutrition advice is worth following

What we might focus on

  • Mediterranean-style and plant-forward eating patterns
  • Fibre, whole foods and variety
  • Eating with heart and metabolic health in mind
  • Making sense of nutrition headlines

04Area of focus

Healthy ageing & longevity

The way we eat can support strength, energy and independence as the years go by. It’s never too early, or too late, to build habits that look after your future self.

This may be for you if…

  • You want to stay strong, mobile and well as you get older
  • You’re noticing changes in your energy, appetite or strength
  • You’d like to look after your muscles and bones

What we might focus on

  • Protein and muscle health
  • Bone health and key nutrients
  • Eating patterns associated with healthy ageing
  • Appetite, enjoyment and eating well, alone or together

For every way of eating

Every service can be adapted for vegetarian and vegan clients.

The same goes for people following other dietary patterns or food traditions. Your preferences, values and culture shape the support, never the other way round.
